Skin 101 Beauty 101 Me Time

Skin 101 is a popular skin clinic celebrating a Beauty 101 Me Time event at Ascott BGC. We saw on their Facebook page that they will be having an upcoming event for free so my friends and I joined in and luckily we all got an invite. As a skincare enthusiast, I am obsessed with glowing skin! I tried to take good care of my skin and use my favorite products of moisturizer, serum, sunscreen, eye cream, and sheet mask.

They had a skincare talk and offered free skin consultation after, Benefit Cosmetics is one of their sponsors. 

They also introduced their newest treatment called Ultheraphy. 

Ultheraphy is the only non-invasive procedure FDA-approved treatment to lift the skin on the brow area, neck, and under the chin. The therapy uses Ultrasound to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin, which lifts and tightens the skin.

They invited makeup artists to share more makeup hacks, tips, and tricks. 

We devoured on there dessert buffet which I enjoyed. Then after the event they gave us a free facial and RF gift certificate we can use it at any Skin 101 Branch. Big thanks Skin 101! We learned a lot and we had so much fun! 

SM Manila's Blogger for Women's Month

Hi to all my pretty readers,

Good morning! I'm in the mood to blog early because yesterday I had so much fun! If you've been following me on my Instagram account you would probably know that I attended a pampering session sponsored by SM Manila. I am one of the 30 Bloggers who won a Women's Month Blogging contest. I did a review of a product that I purchased on SM. They choose 30 bloggers because of their 30th Mall Anniversary honestly we all waited for one month to avail our prizes. But it's okay the most important is we got it.

The first thing that we do is we went to Flawless to get a facial. Sorry for my face LOL! The beauty consultant said I don't have a lot of skin problems on my face except for my tiny warts. So I need to remove that early or else it will multiply. Yikes!!!     

SM Manila hired its own professional photographer they are following us wherever we go to document our pampering session. We feel like a celebrity yesterday posing to the camera and smiling, the people are all staring at us. 

They also gave us their calling card.

After the facial, we went straight to Brow Studio. My co-winner also my new friend are both excited about this because we can't live without putting our brows on so before the brow makeover begins we take a selfie first, sorry we don't have makeup here because of did a facial earlier.

The pampering session is done so it's time for us to get our freebies from selected sponsors. We went straight to Snoe Beauty to get our free brow pencil and I will review this product soon. 

After that, we went to Thrift Market also to get our freebies. We are expecting that they will give us clothes hehe but it's okay we still like the accessories though.

The next stop is George Optical they gave us a contact lens, I got my color in Beach Bronze. 

The last part of getting our goodies we went to The Body Shop but they cant accommodate us for the Makeup Makeover because we don't have enough time but its okay we can avail that soon anytime we want.

They also gave us a 200 peso coupon.

We also did not finish the pampering session because of the time but we can also use this GC soon from Freshaire Salon to get our nails done. 

Unfortunately, we did not get the freebies from Tony Moly and  Etude House because the goodies are not ready yet but the marketing assistant told us that she will send all the freebies to our doorstep once the freebies are ready.

We had a group selfie first before we exit the mall. So that's it! We had so much FUN! A once a lifetime experience and also an advanced Mother's Day gift for me. I am happy that I met a new circle of friends who also has the same passion for beauty. Thank you so much SM Manila for making it possible! #WOWSMManila 

My Everyday Makeup Look

Today I will be sharing with all of you my Favorite Everyday Makeup! My favorite beauty products that I love using almost every day are budget-friendly and easy to find. This makeup look is good for daytime like going out with your friends, reunion with your family or relatives, going to the mall, or just doing quick errands. This is a very simple and fresh makeup look also perfect for office girls or on-the-go moms like me.

Step By Step Everyday Makeup Look:

I dont know about you but this is how I put on my Everyday Makeup Look. First, I put my BB Cream using my clean fingers or if you want you can use a sponge or brush but if you are in a hurry using your clean finger is just fine and I put it all over my face don't forget to blend it properly. I like using BB Cream for everyday use because it's very lightweight and it has a lot of skincare benefits. In the second step, I use my concealer to brighten up my under-eye area and I set my whole face with pressed powder. Next, I fill in my brows, put a powder blush on the apples of my cheeks, and put on my favorite lipstick, and I'm good to go!

1. Loreal Infallible Powder - I bought it at SM Beauty Section for 500 pesos only. It has a light to medium coverage. It's good for combination with oily skin. 

2. Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer - this is my favorite concealer of life with medium to full coverage. Sometimes when i don't want to use foundation or bb cream this product alone is enough to cover my imperfections. I also bought it at SM Beauty Section for 500 pesos only.

3. Wet n Wild Powder Brush - I bought it at Shopee PH for 250 pesos only. I find this synthetic brush cute. It is soft and the size is good enough. I just don't like the handle of the brush because the white paint at the top of it easily fades. 

4. Ponds BB Cream - with SPF 30 PA ++ to protect my face from harmful UV rays. I love the smell of this bb cream. It evens out my skin tone with a flawless finish. I bought it at Watsons for 350 + pesos.

5. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush - it's pigmented and long-lasting. I love the shade embellish good for my yellow undertone. I bought it as Shopee PH for 500 pesos only (travel size).

6. Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me - the color payoff is great definitely not kissproof touch-up is optional. It's a very moisturizing matte lipstick. I bought it at Beauty Bar for 699 pesos.

7. Snoe Whats Up Brow! Tinted Eyebrow Pencil Wax - this product was a prize from an event I attended. The prize is 699 pesos it is a pencil wax with a spooly brow brush at the tip of the pencil. It has a soft easy formula and is very pigmented. Obviously, as you can see in the photo above it's so tiny na I've been using it non-stop "kilay is life".

8. Marionnaud Blush Brush - I bought it at SM Beauty Section for 200+ pesos. It's incredibly soft with the right density. It is an angle brush for both blush and contouring.

Free Trial at 360 Fitness Club

I don't know about you guys but believe it or not this is my first gym session. I love working out at home and for me its very convenient and hassle free. No need to go out and commute, no need to decide what clothes to wear and no need to enroll at the gym and for that i save a lot of money. You just need an internet connection played a YouTube videos for your workout guide, a yoga mat and a dumbbell for weights. Honestly i only did it because Belle De Jour Power Planner gave us 3 day free trial at 360 Fitness Club located in Makati City. Why not give it a try! The best things in life are free!

I love the ambiance of the gym! Very classy, huge and there bathrooms are clean. 

I did a circuit training i hate it at first because you need to do it non stop with different obstacles. But when i finished it! I felt more alive and it felt so good! Hello Happy Hormones! Thank you BDJ for this wonderful experience.

Style Haul Dinner w/ Fashion & Beauty Bloggers

Hello guys! I just got home from an event at BGC. So excited to share with all of you that I won an Instagram contest. Some of the top bloggers in the PH have to choose individually one lucky winner from their social media followers to have a dinner date bonding at Todd English SM Aura sponsored by Style Haul. Baguio Getaway

Hello Everyone! Today I will be sharing with all of you our 3-day trip to Baguio with my family.

My husband and I decided to go on a short vacation trip just to unwind. I suggested that we go to the Summer Capital of the Philippines and the City of Pines "Baguio" since we've never been here before. I heard there are a lot of tourist spots here that I want to visit and I also want to experience the cold weather. The first thing that we do is plan our trip I reserved a transient house that I found online 1k per day for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms. Then my husband booked a bus ticket 2 days before the vacation begins. We ride the bus at the Victory Liner in Sampaloc Terminal it cost 870 pesos per person and the exact travel time is 8 hours. We packed a lot of snacks so that when we get hungry we can eat anytime we want. There are 2 stop over for us to eat and have a bathroom break. We visited their famous tourist attraction Wright Park, Mines View Park, Burnham Park, Botanical Garden, and The Mansion. We even enjoyed going to their wet market every morning. This is what our transient house looks like. It's huge and very clean, with a living room, dining, bathroom with a heater, and kitchen with complete utensils. There's no aircon and electric fan here it will be useless because the weather is too cold. The owner is very kind and accommodating! It's more cheap compared to hotels and it feels like home! I loved it here!
